Damian Farnes ARMY of MOTHS have the midas touch- everything they touch is gold. Creating original, timelessly hummable tunes is perhaps the most difficult thing to do as a musician. It's all too easy to plagiarise, but AoM seem to have a never-ending supply of truly original musical creativity. All killer, no filler. There are so many great tunes which will stay on a constant loop in your head, and these 4 tracks are prime examples. Truly one of the most exciting things to happen in music in a LONG time. Favorite track: Not Alone.

about

HELLO there...fancy seeing YOU here!

FOUR songs for your ears and heads and hearts.
All full of Horses, Snow, Swans and madness...the usual.
These are in advance of the forthcoming album ' By Word Of Moth'...although none of these songs actually appear on it.

HUGE thanks must especially go to André Lund, who despite our best efforts, managed to maintain a surprisingly resolute sense of sanity throughout proceedings. Truth be told, we are absolutely honoured to have the lovely man do his brilliant thing with us.

Not content with this...these 4 songs are absolutely bathing in the maniacal brilliance of that Sondre Veland!!
One day when he actually stops hitting drums, we'll get the chance to tell him we love him.
Eivind Gammersvik must also have mention and many thanks, on account of his persistent insistence of having good ideas!

Despite the chaos herein, let it be known that it was all done with love.
Proper love x

about

ARMY of MOTHS UK

A barrage of noises, all bundled together like a black plastic bag full of broken pop music, thrown in the boot of a Ford Cortina and driven into a river of psychedelia, only to resurface with a head full of punk angst....or something.
